Process "line rejects" or "out-dated product" and recover aluminum cans and P.E.T. containers for recycling with REM® 5B Series Crushing System. Our CC 5B crushes aluminum cans while our CC 5B PERF processes both P.E.T. containers and aluminum cans. Each machine comes complete with an in-feed conveyor, totally enclosed crushing mechanism, capture tank with drain, and an out-feed conveyor with fresh water rinse.

PROVEN DESIGN
Product is loaded on the in-feed conveyor hopper and is conveyed into the CC 5B or CC 5B PERF where the containers are crushed and the fluid is discharged into the capture tank. The empty beverage containers are then removed via the out-feed conveyor belt where they run under a fresh water rinse aiding in the removal of residual fluids. The containers are then emptied into a REM® CB Can or P.E.T. Bottle Blower, a container, or a baler.

HV-PERF CRUSHER/PERFORATOR

With a processing capacity of up to 20,000 containers per hour, the REM Model HV Perf Compactor is the full beverage destruction equipment you’ve been waiting for.

Designed to fill the need for a very high volume full beverage destruction system with the added benefit of absolutely no handling of the destroyed product by your in-plant labor.  REM Inc. has produced the HV Perf Compactor system to be a completely bulk-fed, low RPM perforating system that also compacts your destroyed containers into a waiting receiver box.  This equipment will save you valuable man-hours by automating the tedious chore of manually handling your waste product.
Each model comes complete with a bulk feed hopper mounted on top of the perforator-crushing unit, which is completely sealed inside a gasketed housing.

The perforator-crushing unit discharges the destroyed containers into the Rempactorâ auger compactor, which is equipped with a large volume drain for liquid removal.
 
The destroyed containers are automatically compacted into a waiting receiver box for hauling to your recycler. All components are automatically rinsed to dilute residual beverage fluids inside the unit and to prevent product build-up in the system. This system was designed around the Allen Bradley PLC controller to provide you with automated control with time proven technology, making the REM Model HV Perf Compactor a very reliable, hard working part of your plant equipment.

The REM® CC Series Can Crushers are a complete separating, crushing and blowing unit for aluminum cans. The design of this unit has the reputation for dependability and low maintenance. Rugged steel construction makes the CC Series the one to use for long-term productivity.

PROVEN DESIGN
The CC Series efficiently separates, crushes, and blows 1,400 to 2,000 lbs. of aluminum cans per hour (see chart below). Load cans into the hopper and the conveyor carries the cans across the magnetic head pulley separating the steel and aluminum. The aluminum cans are crushed between a steel pressure plate and a rotating crusher drum with hardened steel bars, the cans then drop into a high-velocity air stream and are blown into a trailer or storage container.

The CC Series is designed with many standard safety features as standard equipment. A high-performance blower allows accurate and complete delivery of cans. An electrical safety interlock on the crusher access door and a main electrical disconnect protects the operator and the machine.

TCC TIN CAN CRUSHERS

THE DESIGN
We designed it to reduce tin can volume with a compresion ratio of 4 to 1; crushing up to 4,000 pounds of cans per hour; to be affordable; and most importantly, built to last and last and last!

EFFICIENT
Our TCC-103 will crush up to 4,000 pounds of tin cans to one quarter of their original size in less than an hour. An in-feed conveyor with a large 2/3 cubic yard hopper feeds its high-speed crushing mechanism. The flattened cans are then transported to your container by an out-feed conveyor. This durable machine has a simple starting sequence, includes mainly safety features and is designed for trouble-free operation for years.
